JOB DESCRIPTION
Nagwa is a well-established boutique that is specialized in Arabic sweets with a focus on both quality and
package presentation. Nagwa has been leading in Kuwait's market as the #1 destination for both locals and
travelers wishing to gift a piece of Kuwait to their loved ones. The company prides itself with its diverse flavors
and customized branding to fit all celebrations.

After a decade of successful achievements, Nagwa has branched out to open its first franchise in Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia merging both traditional and contemporary gift-giving under one roof.

As the Catering Executive, you will be responsible for running the day-to-day catering operations and services at
Nagwa. In addition, you will monitor all necessary quality of products and services in line with Nagwa's catering
standards and maintain costs within a specified budget.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the Nagwa Catering section in the new Mega Flagship store in Riyadh
2. Utilize existing network and coordinate with marketing team to invite guests to the Nagwa catering space
3. Implement and tweak catering procedure developed by Nagwa Kuwait and apply to Nagwa KSA Catering
4. Plan and organize event menu according to customer's preferences and special requests
5. Work with product development to develop products lines specifically for catering
6. Coordinate with purchasing and marketing to purchase catering sets to be used for Nagwa KSA
7. Ensure Catering space always looks presentable in store and at wedding/special events where Nagwa is present
8. Deliver excellent customer service to be monitored through customer feedback (In-house and 3rd party)
9. Support in training and managing wait staff and personnel if required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management or similar field
  • 5+ years experience in catering hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams..)
  • Female Saudi national is preferred for this role

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Certification in hospitality or culinary management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Great taste / design sense in food arrangement and event organization
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
