We are currently looking for a Change Manager with experience developing and delivering the workplace change necessary to successfully deliver complex programs.
The role is based in a remote location, in Saudi Arabia on a high profile and complex program located in the Medina Region. As part of the Executive Program Management Team, you will primarily be working the client, program teams and supporting organisations in order to help identify and deliver the necessary change programs.
Responsibilities:
Authors and/or reviews project management plans relating to scopes of work, specifications and project reports.
Ensures the completion of weekly and monthly reports including collection of all data and reports.
Works closely with the program leadership to define key performance indicators
Compiles and analyses project KPIs and metrics.
Creates evaluation metrics to determine value and effectiveness of deployed tools.
Prepares templates and consolidates monthly, analysing and reporting for actual vs planned and communicating with program leadership to identify corrective actions.
Assists internal and external auditors by providing clear supporting explanations and documents
Provides insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
Reviews financial data and prepares monthly and annual reports
Contributes to the development of processes, procedures, templates and model content for project delivery use
Minimum Requirements
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
Demonstrated ability to build and analyse specialist reports relating to complex programs
Able to independently determine and develop approaches to solutions
Strong analytical approach to problem solving with high regard for detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and management abilities. Able to build consensus
Analytical thinking with ability to identify, scrutinize and improve business processes with digital tools
Attention to detail, accuracy and precision of work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
Ability to manage pressure, changing client demands and meet deadlines
Arabic speaking would be an advantage.
Significant experience in a similar role
Minimum 15 years in construction industry preferably with PMC experience
Middle East experience highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
