  • Improving customer banking experience.
  • Increasing channels utilization and profitability.
  • Bridging the channels gap, addressing regulatory requirements and enhancing the channels to meet the market / clients demand on time.
  • Preparing analytical reports, product brochures forms, agreements, policies and procedures.
  • Should have a strong background of cash management product, channel and services
  • Have a strong knowledge in corporate e-channels.
  • Should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in client coordination, analyzing client & business requirements , delivering business goals and objectives.
  • Have a good experience in people management skills, including development and implementation of processes, policies and procedures of e-channels.
  • Strong communication, planning, organizing ,time management and presentation skills.
