Summary :
To ensure that the culinary directions and business strategy have a drill down approach to all the culinary members
To be able to create tailored menus, suggest viable alternatives, engage with the guest and exceed their culinary expectations.
Creative Professional with expertise in Asian cuisine - (Japanese, Korean)
Would be able to curate contemporary Asian Cuisine with eye for details.
Qualifications :
Minimum one year of work experience as Chef de Cuisine or two years as Sous Chef in a well renowned Asian restaurant.
