Job Description
+You will support the successful development and implementation of Company Family Support initiatives. You will support the Child Development Senior Specialist in ensuring successful implementation of all Child Development Section efforts. You will examine past, current and planned family support initiatives and programs, including the monitoring of KPIs, to support the development of services and programs aimed at enhancing parents’ capacity to enable the healthy development and well-being of their young children. You will support progress and delivery tracking of family support initiatives to ensure their efficient and effective execution while adhering to timeline, budget, and targeted results.
+You will increase access to Client resources and support for parents and caregivers. You will identify gaps in the current family support system, and propose actions to increase access to Client resources and support for parents and caregivers, including the development of an online information and resource platform.
+You will manage external partner work. You will cooperate with external partners (e.g. consultants, providers and agencies) and advise when necessary.

+Promote the effective implementation Abu Dhabi’s Strategy 2035. You understand the complexities of the Client landscape and how to navigate the challenges of strategy planning, execution and oversight. You are familiar with and support the key objectives and activities of the Abu Dhabi Strategy 2035.
+Work towards high-quality outcomes. You are comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines and you pay strong attention to detail. You have solid problem-solving and analytical skills. You have a true passion for results, effectively working in teams towards your mutual goals.
+Engage and coordinating various stakeholders. You build constructive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g. consultants, providers, agencies), leveraging your strong communication skills.
We value past experience in the following –
+Working extensively in the Social Support/services field
We are looking for the following educational qualifications (preferred) –
+Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent
+Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
