Job Description

Minimum Knowledge/ Experience/ Training / Qualifications
• minimum of 5 years of professional experience in constructions, building design
• practical experience with development and turnkey projects
• working experience with multidisciplinary project teams
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Knowledge & Skills:
• Organizing and coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction, building design, practices, and techniques.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
• Ability to prepare construction drawings and coordinate with multiple projects from start to finish
• Mathematical skills. Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions , percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
• Reasoning ability. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
