Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible to investigate customer complaints by working with process owner and Technical Service team.
• Responsible to establish countermeasures that are effective to prevent a recurrence of a complaint.
• Responsible to follow up and ensure all countermeasures are implemented and effectiveness is sufficient to prevent a recurrence.
• Consolidate all countermeasures derived from customer complaints and internal reports and create a systematic approach to ensure the countermeasures are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Supporting role to QHSE Engineer to manage, improve, and maintain Health, Safety & Environment related activities and Integrated Management System and BRC system.

Requirements
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience in customer complaint handling is preferred.
• More than 3 years of experience in a structured company that has passed certification in QMS/EMS/OMS.
• Knowledgeable on ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAD 18001:2007 / ISO 45001:2018 standards and its system implementation.
• Knowledgeable of BRC IoP and/or HACCP standards and its system implementation.
• Knowledgeable of AD EHSMS standards and its system implementation (optional).
• Experience in food packaging material manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Must be fluent in the Arabic language
