Job Description

Acts as a first contact for all clients and creates an inviting, professional atmosphere.
- Answer client’s calls & Emails and address their queries and concerns within the assigned timelines.
- Participate in Client strategic planning process.
- Compile and maintain client specific reports.
- Make sure that PRO schedule has to be prepared one day prior as per client’s ongoing work.
- Coordinating with PRO to get all the documents preparation for the concerned work.
- Coordinating with accounts team to prepare invoices, account statements & payment receipt as per client’s request.
- Coordinate with the typist for preparing MOA, POA, Side Agreement, Visa application, Company formation etc.
Qualification required : Commerce Graduate with Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- Coordinating with the sales team for new clients related documents for company formation.
- Need to send the end of day report to Head Operation regarding ongoing clients updates.
Every day follow up/Emails/ Calls to clients regarding their ongoing business formation related tasks.
