About the Client:
One of the UAE’s largest and most trusted businesses setup firm that has been in the market since 2010 offering value-added services to help their clients sustain and grow their businesses.
Job Role:
Manage clients’ journey through the renewal process
Follow up on payments on all unrenewed/AWOL clients
Always develop customer loyalty through exceptional customer service and rewarding long-standing customers with the benefit
Answers phone calls and all other types of communication such as SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
Maintain accurate customer contact records within Zoho CRM – Website, social media page, number of visas in the company, business activity, issues that have arisen
Open to EUROPEAN and ARABIC candidates
Male/Female, 45 years and below,
Bachelor’s degree in any related field, Master’s Degree is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the business setup industry
Knowledgeable in business setup industry (Mainland and DED)
Proven track of record in the renewal process and client management
Fluent in English, oral and written with exceptional negotiation skills
UAE driver’s license holder is an advantage
