• Act as the front face of the Organization and the key point of contact for the assigned set of customers.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer and other stake holders
• Ensure clients are satisfied and service level agreements are met
• Ensure regular review are conducted to gauge the overall health of the account and recommend measures for improvement
• Ensure Organic growth and revenue and profitability is maintained for each of the Accounts assigned
• Ensure regular meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
• Working closely with the Internal Sales and Marketing Team
• Act as an escalation point for the customers and ensure customer concerns are addressed on time
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and reviews and recommend remedial actions for improvements
• Monitoring Account performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
• Update internal stake holders on all the updates and inputs from the Customer
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Maintain required reports and MIS for all the accounts and provide required insights to the internal team
