• Lead and manage the team to understand the market, consumers and their living situations
• Ensure the team secures the vitality of our stores in all media by, working closely with the commercial team and marketing, commercially using our range and the commercial calendar
• Ensure the team uses the knowledge of our customers, our market, and the competition,
• Analyze the store performance, customer feedback and our database information using this information to identify commercial activities that have been successful.
• Plan future activities
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in managerial role
• Experience working in a customer focused service industry
• Experience setting and implementing long term strategic plans, setting budgets and following up of goals
• Understand profit and loss
• Set goals and manage expectations
• Experience of using knowledge of customer behaviour to develop business plans
• Good analytical and numeric skills as well as computer literal
