As the Commercial Cyber Solution Architect, you will:
  • Lead POC's at customer sites testing new technologies and architecting the back end solutions
  • Lead the architecture and roadmap for new cybersecurity offerings in GE Healthcare
  • Provide security guidance to product owners and commercial leads
  • Lead the selection and execution of partnerships with relevant 3rd parties
  • Represent security in product and supplier selection
  • Elicit customer requirements for security solutions
  • Identify and ensure resolution of possible technical implications of each release for offerings
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Engineering teams driving implementation of features contributing to cybersecurity commercialization opportunities
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) and/or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in security development life cycle
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with commercial product development
  • At least 10 years of experience in information security
  • Strong Commercial Background with experience in working with external customers, sales and service orgs and prior experience in building commercial offerings
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach

Desired Characteristics
Technical Expertise:
  • Knowledge of Threat Modeling
  • Knowledge of SDL
  • CISSP Certification is a plus
  • Use of scripting languages (ex. Python, ruby)
  • Knowledge of cloud computing
  • Knowledge of Linux and windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of web application technologies
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to methodically troubleshoot complex issues and identify viable solutions
  • Demonstrated project ownership and accountability
  • Strong network infrastructure domain knowledge

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects in various states from targeted 'sprints' to recurring testing actions
  • Must be willing to travel 10-25%
  • Seek, share and implement best practices with the other GE business testers and potentially external industry partners
  • Maintain the strategic roadmap for cybersecurity initiatives and measure program effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives to advance company-wide services to help GE Healthcare prevent, detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Provide regular program updates to Product Security leadership, the GEHC CISO, and other stakeholders.
  • Work with engineering Product Security Representative and Cyber Security Product Security Leaders on product security solutions.
  • Define technology security requirements and communicate to system owners through effective security programs and training.
