. Experienced in Compensation & Benefits including the Bonus Calculation / performance benefits calculation and experienced in Employee benefits calculation.
. Participates in the development, modification and implementation of company's compensation policies, procedures and its system implementation. Participates, as Company representative, in fact-finding studies of pay levels in the market and provides recommendations as appropriate. Processes employee salary adjustments, promotions, merit pay exercise.
. Processing and calculation of bonus payments particularly the staff in investment field.
. Reviews recommendations for salary adjustments / promotion of employees to ensure validity and compliance with policy checks abnormalities and coordinates with line managers for clarifications processes the salary adjustment / promotion cases by providing equitable salary increments according to Company policy and guidelines.
. Ensure proper communications of Company Reward Policies to all employees by conducting Awareness sessions for new & revised Performance Reward policies.
. Conducting presentation to the Management for rewarding system
. Develop monetary / non-monetary Reward schemes and strategies in alignment to Strategies
. Plan and prepare the Reward reports such as Annual Long Service Award (LSA) and Bonus Reward for management approval as per management directives, ensure providing accurate data of eligible employees in coordination with Divisions.
. Processes Employee Status Change form requests from Line Managers, ensures accuracy of employee's details, maintain the required information from other departments and complete the required action.
. Contributes toward continuous improvement of the Policy guidelines, identifies areas where processes and procedures can be most cost and time effective, suggest improvements.
. Participates, as directed, in compensation and salary survey studies conducted by other regional / international to ensure competitiveness of the company's compensation package. Includes selecting and matching benchmark jobs, preparing job descriptions, preparing forms / questionnaire for data collection, collecting information on basic salary, allowances and benefits, analyzing compensation and benefits data to determine position of the Company against the market and drafting reports on studies / surveys for management consideration and decision.
. Support the line management and Company business units with essential information, interpretation, and clarification on Compensation & Benefits policies, practices and procedures to ensure systematic, consistent and sound application of these systems
5 to 7 minimum experience in the relevant field
. Graduate preferably post graduate
