Job Description

Wanted Contract Co-ordinator to help manage existing consulting contracts for 1 year. Duties include:
• Manage engagement with specified customer/customers
• Supervise all existing contracts with specified customer/customers
• Actively pursue new business opportunities with specified customer/customers
Specific responsibilities include:
• Contract administration. Preparing and submitting all invoices, approving project expenditure, ensuring all project staff are efficiently and suitably equipped to carry out their duties and maintaining periodic budget out-turn
• Relationship management. Maintaining single point of contact with customers’ representatives during delivery of projects, seeking feedback from the customer on the performance of consulting teams and recommending remedial actions to company officers if necessary
• Business development. Identifying opportunities to extend the service for existing projects, identifying opportunities to offer new services to the customer, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of projects likely to be offered by the customer in the future, working with Company Officers to produce tender documents & technical and financial proposals
Abilities & experience
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Experience of co-ordinating or managing projects
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant work experience such as working for 5 years or more on consulting projects or working for 10 years or more managing non construction-related projects or working for 5 years or more in a non-engineering contract management role
