Outsource Contracts Manager Leading Aviation client Dubai UAE National Only
The Outsource Contracts Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Procurement & VP Procurement and Corporate administration on the decisions relating to the contracts or agreements. You will also manage the budget equivalent to the value of contractual spend with the suppliers.

  • Manage the integrity of the contract process to fulfill suppliers obligations
  • Manage formal contracts review to confirm compliance of all required terms, conditions, and standards
  • Monitor post award contractual activities to ensure fulfillment of obligations.
  • Manage the contractor(s) performance monitoring, recording and reporting system to ensure that the Executive Board, is regularly updated on all aspects of the contractor(s) performance.
  • Manage the development and implementation of Supplemental Agreements taking into account the annual budget, applicable fees, staff headcount, invoicing, payment terms and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that commercial contracts are reviewed, approved and executed in accordance with requirements.
  • Focus on efficiency and quality to ensure the assignments are delivered on time.
  • Ensure that all contracts align with the strategic objectives and business planning requirements. And monitor all changes to study scope ensuring timely change order finalization and implementation.
  • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with policy.
  • Serve as the point of contact between contractors / outsource service suppliers. Interact with internal and external customers to meet business needs in a timely manner.
  • Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and supplier requirements, facilitate discussions, and obtain leadership input on timelines and deliverables.

  • Knowledge of high quality service delivery
  • Knowledge of financial and commercial aspects of managing a business
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Arabic speaking preferred
  • Tertiary level qualification from an internationally recognized university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrable contracts and budget management skills
