Job Description

• Manage the CX Lab daily operations from logistics, security, access and scheduling point of view to ensure smooth running of the CX Labs.
• Follow up on setup, maintenance, and maintain use of the CX Labs infrastructure, including wearable devices (such as the HCI), mobile devices and other supplies.
• Define CX Simulation policies, procedures and scenarios, control product / service go live on production environments by assuring the quality and degree

• 4-8 years of experience
• Systems knowledge
• Products Knowledge
• Previous experience in the Telecom sector
• Basic CX and customer journey mapping knowledge
