Position Title: Customer Relations Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 800 OMR depending on experience and qualifications plus HRA and company car
Job Location: Muscat, Oman
About the Client:
The hiring company is a very successful and highly recognized Retail Group in the GCC.
Job Role:
Knows and applies the sales process steps and knows all organizational interfaces and structures
Knows the relevant Sales terminologies & related to performance & systems
Ensures the smooth cooperation between sales team and call center team
Monitors of showroom traffic & engage walk in prospects/customers in showroom
Records the customer feedback and share with CRM Department
To support the sales executives in coordinating with customer and scheduling customer visits to showroom
Supports CRM team in Sales Funnel Management activities
Participates and supports activities related to customers/prospects in outbound events.
Ensures a professional and individual customer care adhering to the company guidelines & standards
Open to Any nationals
Male, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in the same
Professional experience of working with and managing agencies and internal company resources
Experience of the development, implementation, and management of direct marketing processes
With a valid Oman Driving License
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Open to overseas candidates
