JOB DESCRIPTION
Surveys and Mystery Shopping
  • Plan, execute and report customer satisfaction surveys
  • Managing special surveys at least twice a year for clinicians, employees or any other identified target groups
  • Maintaining links with agency for executing of mystery shopping visits

Customer Feedback
  • Highlight issues through customer feedback and report to the manager
  • Quick follow up with the customers queries
  • Ensures immediate actions to resolve problems

Reports and MIS
  • Prepare report on database updates and feedback management outcomes
  • Test the CRM application routinely to report bugs and collect data
  • Ensure the data entry and reporting of feedback forms received

Supporting CRM Strategies
  • Maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the organization brand
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the process and execution and reporting the results to the relevant stakeholders

Online Customer Management
  • Devise and execute campaigns for increasing customer experience
  • Tending to customer queries received through any social media or digital platforms
  • Co-ordination with marketing agency or marketing team for the development of creative
  • Managing expenses occurred in the online marketing and keeping a track of it

Training
  • Trains CRM executives and liaison officer to build relation with customers
  • Provides expert knowledge to serve customer’s needs

Job interactions
  • Works closely with the internal departments such as IT, marketing, accounts etc. to seek information about customers, settlements of bills and follow up on reported concerns by customers
  • Works closely with the external partners and customers to handle complaints and for negotiation of contracts
