Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 5,500 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Role:
Checking customer support emails and reply to them on a daily basis
Following up with clients to finalize the handover for seasons project related activities
Attending walk-in clients or schedule meetings for seasons project and face to face meetings with clients
Coordinating with clients arranging meeting and viewing of apartments for new sale purpose
Preparing weekly handover reports for the management
Coordinating with clients in handing over documents and keys of apartments whenever there is a new or old sale
Coordination with the bank to speed up the handing over process such as providing NOC, final payment or key letter
Going for site visits on regular basis
Arranging for advertising or posting of advertisements regarding the projects (seasons) in portals
Preparing discount and compensation letter to be signed by client
Collect payment from client and provide receipts
Resolving and advising on all sorts of client related through emails and direct phone calls
Open to Filipino nationals
Female, 23 to 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any related courses
With at least 4 years of experience as Customer Service, preferably from a real estate developer in the UAE
Strong knowledge in real estate industry (e.g. resale, registration, handover, preparing agreements, property management, snags, viewings)
Impressive English communication skills
Presentable looking and can join immediately
