Job Description

 Checking customer support emails and reply to them on a daily basis
 Follow up with clients to finalize the handover for Seasons project related activities
 Attend walk –in clients or schedule meetings for Seasons project.
 Coordinating with clients arranging meeting and viewing of apartments for new sale purpose
 Face to face meetings with clients
 Coordinate with clients in handing over documents &keys of apartments whenever there is a new or old sale
 Coordination with the bank to speed up the handing over process such as providing NOC, final payment or key letter
 Going for site visits on regular basis
 Arrange for advertising or posting of advertisements regarding the projects (seasons)
 Prepare discount and compensation letter to be signed by client
 Updating the handover reports on a daily basis
 Collect payment from client and provide receipts
 Resolving and advising on all sorts of client related through emails and direct phone calls
