About the Client:
One of UAE's largest and most trusted business setup advisory firms, the client is engaged in to serve as a one-stop shop,
from company registration with flexible payment plans, to offering value added services to help SMEs sustain and grow their businesses.
Job Role:
Serve customers through various channels such as in person, email, calls etc.
To attain set KPI on Customer Satisfaction that is measured through surveys
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Participate in management meetings and take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission and develop service procedures, policies and standards
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Recruit, mentor, develop and manage customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Adhere to and manage the approved budget and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
38 years old and below
Open to Emirati candidates
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in using customer service software, database and tools
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Strong client-facing, communication and negotiation skills
Must be committed with positive attitude
