We are an extension of an European based company with their Customer Care Center in Dubai servicing the European and South East Asian markets. We are currently having offices in USA, UK, UAE, India, China and Bulgaria.
The details of the Job are as follows:
• Responding to calls / emails and handle customer inquiries in line with operating guidelines and standard of operating procedures.
• Provide customers with the required information and ensure accuracy of the information given.
• Process request and coordinate with the Team Leader and the Department Heads for resolution of the requests.
• Identify and escalate priority issues and coordinate with the Team Leader and the Department Heads for resolution of the complaints.
• Document all call / email information according to standard operating procedures
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
• Support the Team leader / Manager in implementation of quality assurance programs in order to maintain standards of quality and productivity.
• Proven customer support experience
• Excellent Spoken and written Portuguese / Spanish is a must
• Willing to work in Rotational / Flexible Shifts
