Job Description

Responsibilities
Prepare inspection certificates and reports based on the site reports produced by the site inspectors. Average no. of certificates/reports to make- Approx.150 numbers a day.
Keeping daily certificate entry log
Sending certificate expiry reminder emails to customers
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Assist in Phone calls and client calls.
Any other related work assigned by the Division manager from time to time.
Requirements
Male candidates will be given preference
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Familiarity with administrative duties
Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Duty Timings: 8am to 5pm (1pm-2pm break) Sunday to Thursday (Fri/Sat OFF)
Annual Leave of 30 days, Executive sharing accommodation will be provided in company staff accommodation with transport.
Work location : Ghala, Muscat.

SAFETY technical SERVICES & INSPECTIONS (STSI) is a full member of Lifting Equipment Engineers Association LEEA and an inspection body accredited by EIAC for ISO/ IEC 17020. We provide various inspections, testing and certification for all the lifting equipment and loose lifting gears. We have a team of LEEA approved competent lifting equipment inspectors who can conduct six monthly, twelve monthly and forty eight monthly inspection at Lifting Division our rigging yard in Muscat or at your location. Inspections are carried out in compliance to ISO/IEC 17020, LEEA codes of practice, Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations LOLER, Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations PUWER, BS EN Standards & Petroleum Development of Oman - PDO guidelines and procedures.
