Job Description



JOB PURPOSE:
Manage a team of Designers, Developers, Content Writers, Videographers, Photographers, and other creative
professionals by providing direction and guidance for a variety of projects. The role requires frequent
coordination with external agencies for marketing/ campaigning activities and will hold a team of with in-house
specialist with zero dependency on consultants/agencies. Take on a variety of creative tasks. Develop concepts
for the company's branding and products. Create plans and layouts for ads and digital publications, and ensure
that the creative staff comes up with high-quality content that supports the brand's consistency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
Marketing and Campaign Management
. Oversee the team's creative efforts and work with them to develop fresh ideas for the company's
branding and marketing campaigns. Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the
production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
. Assess data and marketing trends to create relevant and valuable concepts. Collaborate with the
relevant stakeholders in developing marketing plans, analysing results, and identifying opportunities.
. Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into
clear and motivating creative strategies. Monitor, revise, and improve marketing plan and quality
results by studying creative processes, analysing campaign results, and implementing necessary
changes.
. Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively
address marketing goals and challenges. Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and
obtain approvals for deliverables.
. Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and
digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
Brand and Project Management
. Lead the team to create exceptional content that represents the brand effectively. Ensure designs and
content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals.
. Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape. Implement
your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its
way to the customers. Project both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive
our sustainable growth.
. Define and monitor the project's budget and deadlines. Spearhead and manage content strategy for
projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology. Ensure
consistency throughout different project-related efforts. Track the team members performance and
assign project workload.
. Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs. Conduct
brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop
innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
. Bachelor Degree in in Graphic Design, Marketing, or another relevant field.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
. 12 years of experience working as a Creative Director or similar position
. Previous experience working at top creative brand agencies as Managing Director, Regional Business
Director, Creative Director or similar position. Developing and delivering large brand campaigns
. Extensive knowledge of how to build and manage teams, and oversee projects and resources
. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
. An innovative mindset and exceptional strategic thinking
. Comprehensive understanding of the best web, copy, and design practices
. Solid experience with finances and budgeting
