Job Description :
  • Spearhead Master Planning/Urban Design and Architectural Projects during Pre-Concept/Concept/Schematic Design stages of the project
  • Be the point of contact for client and sub-consultants (regional and international). Be the project leader.
  • Ability to master plan and also manage master planning sub-consultants
  • Also manage other multiple design sub-consultants (international and regional) for the project as required:
  • i.Landscape Design
    v.Site Studies (Geotech, survey, hydrology, etc.)
  • Ensure delivery of a well-coordinated multidisciplinary design documentation by managing multiple consultants and ensuring proper consolidation of the deliverables of all sub-consultants into a well-coordinated and structured entity.
  • Possess excellent insight into design and planning. Possess excellent knowledge of the design process.
  • Conduct design review, multidisciplinary coordination, chair meetings, prepare MOMs, prepare reports
  • Authority Liaisons and coordination.
  • Manage and control Project Schedule
  • Review RFP from client and prepare fee proposals
  • Prepare RFP for sub-consultants, outline scope of work, conduct scope gap analysis, bid evaluation of sub-consultants etc
  • Contract administration
  • Review and approve sub-consultant's invoices
