Job Description

  • Respond to Issues from end users, managers and team members for specific IT services.
  • Manage project servers, take regular backup and preserve in secured area.
  • Configure and manage SwitchesRoutersFirewall.
  • Should be responsible for all the IT issues( Desktoplaptop, VCON, VOIP, printers) at site.
  • All incident tickets assigned should be addressed and closed in portal.
  • 100% of SLA to be met every day and confirmation should be shared to in-charges.
  • Focus and follow-up on the problem tickets till closure.
  • Good knowledge in Desktop Management and Windows 10 OS
  • Excellent Knowledge on Windows server 2012 and above, good experience on AD, DHCP, DNS server management.
  • Good Knowledge in Desktop Application (Outlook/ Skype/ Printer & Scanners/VOIP phones/VPN/VCON service)
