Job Description

• Conduct market studies and research as required.
• Collect information, conduct market surveys to prepare feasibility studies.
• Collate and analyze the statistics.
• Perform Financial modelling using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare feasibility reports and financial feasibilities to forecast long- and short-term impact on the company’s projects.
• Attend events and conferences to meet potential partners and gain information on market trends.
• Build positive relationships with existing owners and potential partners.
• Develop presentations for owners and potential partners using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Maintain a comprehensive geographically based database of competitive properties, rates and related operating costs.
• Travel frequently to meet with potential clients/partners or to visit the project site and conduct market studies of potential projects.
• Accompany VIPs or other senior executives as required for specific project work.
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate or equivalent.
• Proven Business Development experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people at all levels and across cultures.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Resourceful and independent.
• Able to thrive in a changing environment and able to deal with ambiguity.
• Proficient in organizing resources and priorities.
• Adopts a systematic and methodical in thought process and work approach.
• Possess Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• A good team player who is results oriented and goals driven.
