We are looking for Digital Solutions Manager based in Riyadh, KSA.

  • Requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritisation, and communication across multiple stakeholders

  • Supporting the development of specifications and supporting design and implementation of tools and technologies

  • Translate visions, goals, objectives and high-level requirements into clearly defined and actionable packages of work

  • Collaboration with other teams and the wider business to provide combined and innovative solutions to improve our competitive advantage within the Programme and Portfolio phere.

  • Collaborating with technical leads/subject matter experts. Design, develop and deliver data management solutions, including helping to develop new technology initiatives for the business. Define the best practices for Data Management, assurance and security including data standards, reporting and analytics.

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data and insights and advance decision making power.

  • Discover hidden and meaningful patterns within data, either to measure historic events or to predict the likelihood of future ones.

  • Apply data architecture disciplines to new fields such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence

  • Support the development of data-driven predictive and prescriptive modelling

  • Develop and execute SQL database queries and conduct analyses

  • Automate processes around data handling, conversion and querying.

  • Create extract, transform, load (ETL) processes Extract, combine, process, analyse, and interpret information and data from multiple sources

  • Work with different data formats structured, semi-structured, and geospatial

  • Support the design & development of custom applications using Power Platform technologies namely PowerApps and Power Automate

  • Liaise with IT vendors and PMO to manage the development, configuration, integration and adoption of Project Management Information Systems.


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or an Honours degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar program

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience and 5 years of experience in Middle East experience

  • High standard of proficiency in oral and written communication with attention to detail.

  • Solid understanding of Agile Development

  • Experience in collaborating with teams to develop digital solutions in a cloud-based environment.

  • Experience in Azure environment is preferred.

  • Strong Understanding of the component parts of overall programme management techniques.

  • Experience and track record in identifying, planning, implementing and executing reporting solutions for programmes.

  • Demonstrate an awareness of the attributes of good report writing, dashboarding skills and is capable of communicating simple, practical explanations of your analysis and what it means for the business.

  • Strong storytelling ability using data with proficiency in technical communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to visualise data and command over at least one visualisation tool like Power BI, Tableau etc.

  • Experience in generating visualization using Python libraries is a plus.

  • Detailed knowledge of best practice solutions for data management.

  • In-depth understanding of database structure principles.

  • Proficiency in Data Science / Advanced Analytics / Machine Learning concepts are desirable.

  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and analysis (such as regression, clustering, sampling) is preferred.

  • Knowledge of data extraction, analysis, cleansing, quality and manipulation techniques.

  • Experience in data analysis and transformation skills with any of the following software: Azure Data Factory, SQL, R, Python etc. Confident use of Microsoft 365 and wider related software package, including Power Platform & Power Query.

  • Implementation & Configuration experience for a large PMO with any of the Project Management Information Systems like Oracle Unifier, PMWeb, ARES Prism etc.
