CX Enterprise Sales MEA is in charge of the business to Enterprise customers, focusing on Transportation, Energy, Government and Cities, Public Sector, and Manufacturing & Logistics. CX Enterprise Sales MEA sells the whole Nokia portfolio to these target markets, including mobile, fixed access, IP & optical, applications (IoT, analytics…) and services.
  • Job Description:

CX enterprise sales MEA is looking for a seasoned sales professional who will own the digital transformation and emerging segments sales pursuits. The role will have the mandate to develop new business in new technologies including but not limited to mobile private wireless, IoT, Cyber Security, BSS/OSS, Cloud core and IT transformation. The role will as well drive dedicated sales efforts to promote Nokia portfolio for emrging industrial segments and governmental entities across MEA.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive standalone business for CNS in new territories in coordination with CT heads/account managers.
  • Drive business development efforts for emerging smart industrial segments and new governmental entities that Nokia doesn't have business today.
  • Provide sound technical and business support to the account teams for positioning CNS portfolio.
  • Provide recommendation to CT heads/account managers on commercial aspects based on competitive intelligence and past experiences running similar deals/projects.
  • Team up with CNS GBC and EBC to build a solid technical and commercial solutioning approach for key deals.
  • Lead a virtual team of pre-sales, commercial management and customer delivery individuals to drive offer preparations and deal closing activities.
  • Support the CT with approvals facilitation and argumentation on key winning factors of the deals.
  • Lead and support customer engagements and demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in positioning Nokia as the key player for the opportunity under discussion.
  • Support partner sales teams to promote Nokia CNS portfolio to partners.
  • Required experience and Competences:
  • 10-15 years experience in telecom/IT field.
  • 7-10 years sales/pre-sales experience preferably selling Nokia CNS solutions
  • Proven experience selling IoT, security, BSS/OSS, cloud core , IOC solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Solid technical background in the CNS portfolio and smart Industries.
  • Solid experience in software sales, commercial modelling and legal licensing aspects.
  • Solid knowledge about the competitive landscape for each of the CNS solutions.
  • Proven agility and experience managing start up pursuit and driving it towards growth and scale.
  • Proven experience in managing virtual team at a scale to deliver complex solutions.
  • Languages: English, Arabic and French
