We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to craft plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem. As the Distribution Account Manager, reporting to the Consumer Lead, your primary focus is to drive the business between our Distributors and our Indirect Resellers (across Consumer, Enterprise & Education). This role will also be managing the business with some of our Consumer Accounts.Key Qualifications
Distributor management and Retail partnership management experience preferred.Ability to build lasting relationships with partners at the most senior levels, including strategic account planning, target setting and performance managementExcellent communication skills with advanced problem solving abilityAbility to perform under pressure and thrive in a target driven environmentExcellent verbal & written skills, time management and organisation abilitiesA great consistent track record in sales & commercial managementSound eye for business and discernment, with a keen financial understandingSelling and influencing skills, and a strong analytical biasProficient in both spoken and written English and ArabicDescription
Strategically develop distributor capabilities beyond those of 'box movers' to improve the sales of Apple products to consumer and commercial partners. Responsible for developing strategic account plan and initiatives to drive growth and differentiation for the distributor and its channel partners. Responsible for building and delivering the right sales forecast, appropriate ranging, and handling product inventories with the partners. Analyze and report business results and trends on a weekly basis and deliver timely reporting. Negotiate with partners to build and implement strong and impactful demand generation plans. Work with training resources to ensure requested levels of product knowledge are maintained within each partner. Liaise with sales planning on the right merchandising/ demo units for partners account. Work with the affordability teams on developing value propositions for the respective partners. Analyze with finance team business cases and perform accurate ROI/ Post mortem.Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent - MBA preferred.Additional Requirements
