About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leaders in scaffolding, woodwork manufacturing, and real estate development sectors in the Middle East, India, and the USA.
Job Role:
Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents
Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments
In charge of time keeping, attendance, and payroll
Additonal receptionist duties when necessary
Requirements:
Open to Indian or Filipino nationality
Female, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 3 years relevant UAE experience in the construction, buildng materials, interiors, fit out and joinery companies
Must be presentable, speaks well, and organized
Should be willing to come to work every Saturday and be assigned in Dubai Technopark
