Job Responsibilities:

• Practical work knowledge of import documentation and export documentation in a logistics environment.
• Process and examine required import/export shipping documents as per rules and regulations.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the documents being submitted to client.
• Responsible for monitoring and safekeeping of project documents.
Job Requirements:
• Must possess 1-2 years of filing & documentation experience
• Must be good with accounting
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT) knowledge and experience
• Must have an above average typing speed
