Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the development and implementation of soft skills and digital learning solutions with a focus on e - learning courses.


KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES:

Description : Performance Indicators
  • Design, develop and execution of new soft skills and e-learning courses :  Projects implemented within set timescales
  • Updating of existing soft skills and e-learning courses :  Projects implemented within set timescales
  • Enrol and track LMS activities: As per training calendar
  • Submit reports on training activities and results (LMS) : As per SLA / RACE / KPI’s
  • Deliver Soft Skills Training : 85% post quiz score
JOB CONTEXT: 
To support all channels in the business with projects and training that will impact their department’s development.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS::
• 4 years’ experience in designing, developing and implementing learning solutions
• 4 years’ experience with LMS
• 3 Years’ experience in using Adobe creative Cloud Suite, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Moovly, xAPI / Tin-Can, SCORM, AICC
• Proficient in Google Suite
