Want to disrupt the status quo As eCommerce Business Development Manager at RB, you'll have the freedom to change the way we engage online with our customers.
On the role you will be:
. Reporting directly to eCommerce Head
. Identify potential partnership opportunities by researching market / industry and keeping a close eye on key developments in the region
. Through market research develop forward-thinking, creative marketing strategies aimed at generating leads, growing sales, and driving revenue.
. Plan persuasive approaches and pitches
. Negotiating contracts
. Clear communication with internal stakeholders
. Develop a cordial professional rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
. Working closely with eCommerce Media Department in order to align commercial activities with digital marketing support
You will succeed because you have:
. Proven work experience as Business Development Manager or relevant sales role (experience working in eCommerce for FMCG, Food, Cosmetics or ePharma will be an advantage)
. Experience within a Business Development Manager role
. Ability to devise acquisition strategies
. Have a consultative approach to clients
. Analytical thinking with strong planning and organisational skills
. Ability to influence key decision makers
. Proven high level of pure new business delivery
. Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
. Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
. Effective presentation and negotiation skills
. High degree of professionalism
. Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
. Good knowledge of local eCommerce market (marketplaces, eShops, Bricks&Cliks, etc.)
. Basic Knowledge of the biggest global eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon, eBay etc. will be an advantage
. Good knowledge of eMAG marketplace platform will be an advantage
. Good knowledge of spoken and written English
. Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
