Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Services EMEA FWD Logistics role is responsible for managing domestic logistics and DC operations as well as coordinating with the international logistics focal to ensure parts are delivered on-time to our facilities and our customers throughout the EMEA region.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

. Monitoring and managing performance of local logistics vendors for same day and next day delivery service
. Coordinating Part for Part replace/repair back replan from Reverse to Distribution center inbound
. Monitoring and managing performance of distribution centers
. Resolving international logistics and custom clearance delays
. Communicating directly with vendors to resolve any order delays along with any IT issues.
. Reporting performance trends and actions for continuous improvement to reduce and avoid lead times.
. Managing the inventory accuracy and working with vendor to resolve the discrepancies.
. Logistics and warehouse operational spend reporting
. Identifying and driving savings projects
. Coordinate change request management in between Distribution center and Lenovo.
. Reporting to management, the KPIs associated with Logistics and Warehouse management.
. Help to define Inbound/outbound operational requirements for both Happy and Exception process paths

Position requirements:

. Bachelor degree or above
. 3-5 years working experience on supply chain related positions.
. Proven experience in vendor management /forward logistics in IT sector is a plus
. Experienced in EOR/IOR area
. Knowing logistics operations (domestic and international)
. Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment
. Energic and dynamic person
. Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
. Advanced PC skills (MS Office: Excel, Access, PPT, Word, Visio: SAP user: Finance/Services modules)
. Knowledge of WMS system functionality is a plus

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
