Job Description

POSITION: Head of Human Resource
SALARY: up to 95,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience plus educational allowance, performance appraisal and bonuses
HIRING COMPANY: Leading stock exchange
LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month-max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to UAE nationals
Male/Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management / Organization Psychology
Minimum of 12 years of experience with 5 years minimum of people management experience
Professional Human Resources qualifications (e.g. Associate Member CIPD or CP/SCP from SHRM)
Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Expert understanding of the UAE Employment Laws and Regulations
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi & Federal Employment Initiatives
Experienced in HR Strategic Projects more than operations activities
Proven experience in Recruitment & Selection management, Organization Development including Learning and Development, setting HR policies and procedures, Reward & Recognition Management and Strategic Planning and Management
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop, reviews and maintains departmental Policies and Procedures and carries out the necessary amendments following the Authorities Matrix and quality procedures
Ensures compliance with department specific Policies & Procedures
Ensures compliance with quality control procedures to enhance the services provided by their department
Provide the Executive Management with periodical reports to track their department's strategic progress and other related management information as requested
Direct the implementation of regulatory bodies’ standards that are relevant to the department and maintains regular monitoring of all related activities
Keep abreast of new developments, methods and techniques in securities markets and their operation's function
Act as an ambassador internally and externally maintaining high level of ethics and integrity and demonstrate values at all time
Participate in advisory and executive role Committees aiming at continuously improving functions, systems and procedures related to their respective departments
Perform any additional tasks or duties, relevant to job role, as may be required by Line manager and in line with business requirements
