They are currently looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to be based in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with manager and team to develop, implement and manage the onboarding, orientation and training process
- Promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations issues and promoting employee health and well-being
- Explain and provide guidance to employees about NEOM's policies, procedures and practices and the need for consistency and compliance
- Organize and update employee files ensure that employee files are maintained in accordance with the law
- Track, analyze, and document employee progress, noting promotions, recognitions and disciplinary actions make recommendations to management accordingly
- Educate employees in regards to compensation, benefits and company policies
- Collaborate with directors and managers to help facilitate the separation process of employees who leave voluntarily conduct exit interviews
- Conducts and documents employee investigations and guides directors and managers with coaching and/or involuntary separations decisions and notifications
- Attend meetings and conferences, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties
- Collaborate with managers to create and manage programs and activities for employee engagement
- Actively participates in the department's strategic planning and implementation
- Maintains the utmost confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualification & Requirements:- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources employee relations functions
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field
- Fluent in English written and oral (depending on location, fluency in Arabic may be required)
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
- Ability to exercise good judgment and problem solving skills in order to regularly resolve conflicts
- Ability to gain trust by both employees and employer to work as a liaison and find solutions to problems and concerns while maintaining important confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet competing deadlines
