We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Regional Energy Sales Leader to be based in Riyadh, KSA. In this role, you will lead the Energy Sales Team of KAMs (Key Account Mangers) & BCs (Business Consultants) to deliver and overdrive the Energy Business Sales Targets by improving and reinforcing a strong sales operating system and strong customer relation. You will use your broadly recognized subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions. You will provide both external and internal consultations, and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training. You will drive cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You may provide valuable input for product development. You will develop the needed knowledge and skills within your team.What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
.Deliver and overdrive the assigned sales target / AOP.
.Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives by effectively up-selling and cross-selling.
.Utilize Honeywell latest technologies to enhance and enforce team capabilities for value proposition and differentiation.
.Build a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the Honeywell Building Technologies sales growth in the assigned territory leveraging the broad product and solutions portfolio of HBT.
.Develop a strong team of Key Account Managers to focus on the named key accounts such as: KSA - Tarshid, Aramco, ALKHOZAMEH, DOKKA, Jabal Omar etc. UAE - Etihad, ADES, EMAAR, TECOM, DSO, Dubai Airport, ADAC etc. to maintain and expand relationships with these important large customers and drive growth for Energy business line.
.Develop a strong team of Business Consultants to focus on new opportunities and grow new accounts to HBT Direct business in the region.
.Coach and train team to demonstrate to customers the ROI from the proposed EPC Projects and win the projects
.Allocate and approve all goals for sales professionals.
.Provide geographic coordination of sales activities and manage resources to maximize results from identified sales opportunities.
.Ensure approved sales process are followed and company procedures are effectively deployed.
.Ensure continues update of the SFDC system with all sales related activities including (but not limited to) meeting schedules, meeting notes, contact persons, business plans and project pipelines.
.Provide leadership and appropriate sign-off for strategic sales pursuit.
.Lead planning and sales forecasting - 2% accuracy
.Monitor and track sales performance matric.
.Analysis of market dynamics and value proposition to target defined customer sets.
.Facilitate competitive strategy planning with the team.
.Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationship to drive results and growth.
.Inspire and motivate team to deliver results.
.Attract, mentor and develop team members in support of sales excellence, encourage and support learner driven development.
.Responsible of training, coaching and certification of sales skill and process.
.Identify strength and weaknesses of the sales team and build high performing team.
.Strong working relation with RSL, RGM and HGR leadership team to achieve results
.Maintain close coordination with the other regional sales team and other regional function leadership to deliver common regional targets.
.Develop the necessary partnerships and alliances with strategic suppliers and subcontractors to support the sales strategy.
.Report weekly performance to leadership.What Skills and Experience Will You Have
.Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
.Extensive proven experience within an Enterprise Strategic Sales role in a Business to Business sales environment coupled with proven experience in selling projects.
.Previous experience within an Energy Business Sales role with proven records of achievement
.Responsibility in managing relationships and profitable double digit sales growth of a leading regional for business >$ 15 M.
.C-Suite Consultative/Challenger selling experience with a track record of collaboration across both client and own organization.
