The team is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to manage programs that help us shape the product by partnering with product builders and analytics teams to improve the experience with features at scale. This exceptional role requires an individual with a track record of shipping services/devices, experience working with science, product, and engineering teams, experience working with multiple geographically distributed partner teams, and stellar leadership skills to rally teams around a common goal.
This role will require:
. a deep understanding of user patterns, defining key metrics, designing analysis, instrumenting the reporting artifacts by working with data engineers and BIEs, up to senior executives. Your outputs will shape the product and business decisions for builders creating products and features customers love. You will need a strong ability to identify the most critical metrics and the relationships among those to inform customer obsessed decisions.
. a solid understanding of how to acquire and transform data to drive your analysis in a consumable way for your stakeholders.
. an excellent writer with the ability to take complex ideas and translate them into understandable insights and recommendations.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background, have a passion for innovating, have a well-rounded background in their current software and/or hardware disciplines, be comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done. You will need to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize for quality, meet deadlines and communicate goals, milestones, and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams and leadership. The candidate should have experience working in a product development environment, strong organizational skills, and excellent -facing communication skills.
. Establish and run a managing analytics roadmap involving cross-functional stakeholders (BIE, data science, data engineering, product, marketing)
. Owning the metrics definitions and instrumentation
. Design and execute product/feature validation projects
. Help with the strategy, design, and execution of new initiatives aimed at new product features

Basic Qualifications :
5+ years of experience
. Strong skills
. Strong and relationship building skills
. Exceptional communication abilities with and non- audiences, both verbal and written, including long-form business writing on complex topics
. Experience working on confidential and/or high-tech programs and/or products
. Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
. Success with the planning and delivery of large scale, complex, and cross-functional projects
. Decision making and complex problem solving a system thinker who proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources to make the right decisions
. Fluency in Gulf dialects and languages
Preferred Qualifications :
. Masters degree in the related fields (business, marketing, mathematics, statistics)
. Experience in a product development environment (e.g. IT, Software)
. Previous experience in marketing analytics
. Experience leading in the delivery of large, complex, programs
