About the Client:
The hiring company is an international marine contractor with 150 years of existence in the market focusing on dredging, land infrastructure, and offshore wind and oil & gas infrastructure projects.
Job Role:
Provide advice to in- and external clients on environmental matters specified within tender/contract documentation
Provide specialist support to projects in execution, including supervising specialist studies by external consultants
Develop and implement environmental management plans including associated monitoring and reporting
Perform environmental monitoring and analyzing the gathered environmental data
Develop and translate innovative and sustainable applications towards specific projects (e.g. Building with Nature design, eco design)
Create environmental awareness and commitment of all project employees
Requirements:
Male, 45 years old and below
Degree in Civil Engineering (Hydraulic, Environmental, Coastal Geo-technical), Offshore Engineering or similar
With minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position
Background in modelling of water movement and sediment transport is an advantage
With the ability to maintain overview and switch between the different projects
Good command of the English language
Must be willing to travel abroad
