Job Role:
Assisting the clients in their needs when it comes to a specific themed event such as anniversaries weddings, birthdays, family or corporate celebrations
Contacting vendors and suppliers to negotiate logistics, prices, and deadline of deliveries
Ensuring customer satisfaction at every event
Observe details such as set up decor, catering, entertainment, location, special guests, promotions, etc.
Requirements:
Female, 40 years old and below
Open to ARABIC nationality
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
At least 5 years of UAE experience in managing events like weddings, family occasions, etc
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must be familiar with sourcing for suppliers of party needs in the UAE
