Job Description :
NADIA's client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Sohar, Oman is looking to hire a male Executive Assistant.
  • Acting as the point of contact among CEO, Senior Management, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Oversee the performance of employees in the plant.
  • Participate in management meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
  • Handling correspondence directed to CEO.
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.

  • The incumbent should have engineering qualification with at least 3 years of experiencein similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellenttime management skills.
  • Well-developed organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Great verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Professional discretion.
