NADIA's client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Sohar, Oman is looking to hire a male Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:- Acting as the point of contact among CEO, Senior Management, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee the performance of employees in the plant.
- Participate in management meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
- Handling correspondence directed to CEO.
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
Requirements:- The incumbent should have engineering qualification with at least 3 years of experiencein similar role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellenttime management skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Great verbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Professional discretion.
