Job Description

Executive Assistant to General Manager & CEO Sharjah, UAE
Must be have a Finance-specific Degree or CA (which is ideal) or have a master’s degree in finance/Finance & Accountancy from a premier University. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to Senior Management with ability to analyze financial documents, create P&L’s, co-ordinate between various departments, conduct sales data analysis. Maximum age of 30 years
Very good written & spoken English skills.
Proficiency in Excel is a must, ideally they have worked on JD Edwards (Oracle) or another EPR system.
Having experience in working with CEO, Business Head, MD or with any Members of the Senior Management Team.
Taking of clear & thorough minutes & action points, from all the GM’s meetings.
Ensuring a high level of organisations in the collating of all notes taken.
Consistent follow up with various departments to ensure implementation of action points taken.
Assisting the GM with the creation of P&L’s for new business opportunities.
Regular analysis of financial data, to give summaries & conclusions to the GM.
Regular interaction & phone calls with the GM’s USA based team.
Creation of presentations and summarizing information in a clear & easy to digest manner.
Performing complex and confidential administrative functions for General Manager.
Maintaining confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the GM’s office which handle, the US, Purchase division, NPD division among others.
Based in our Corporate Office at Sharjah, the EA shall be responsible for providing efficient support to all functional areas of the GM with emphasis on:
• Taking of clear & thorough minutes & action points, from all the GM’s meetings.
• Ensuring a high level of organisations in the collating of all notes taken.
• Consistent follow up with various departments to ensure implementation of action points taken.
• Assisting the GM with the creation of P&L’s for new business opportunities.
