One of UAE's largest and most trusted business setup advisory firms, the client is engaged in to serve as a one-stop shop, from company registration with flexible payment plans, to offering value added services to help SMEs sustain and grow their businesses.
Job Role:
Assist the Head of Revenue & Strategy in the development of sales analyses, forecasts, and promotional plans with the help of relevant systems to assess team and department progress
Analyze business/competitor trends within the market and support to sales team in the creation of effective sales strategies
Prepare sales quotations for clients, liaise between other departments to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
Produce and collating high quality documents and presentations
Ensure that all action points are delivered as per the agreed timelines and report this to the Head of Sales
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department/ division objectives
CRM follow up with Revenue teams to ensure customers contacted promptly. Analyzing issues raised and feeding these into CRM development team
Development & reporting on CRM activity across Leads, opportunities, contacts, sales closures, and overall sales performance
Support the time management of HR&S their correspondence, administration
Female, 35 years old and below
Open to Western candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any relevant certificate
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the same role
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and a challenging workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have flexible and optimistic
