Job Description

Marketing and Campaign Management
  • Create unique marketing campaigns to get the best advantage of the seasons
  • Conduct monthly marketing campaigns in line with the requirement of the root
  • Conduct unit wise/location wise promotional activities
  • Organize launch campaigns as new stores are opened
  • Planning a variety of marketing campaigns for the organization.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.
  • Liaison with creative agency with the support of senior colleagues to ensure that creative are delivered on time
  • Carry out A/B Testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness
  • Reporting campaign results to senior management and explaining variances
  • Working to strict deadlines and KPI's as set by the Marketing Director
  • Responsible for implementation of CRM and loyalty program in the pharmacies
  • Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations

Branding & Digital Marketing
  • Maintain and update Aster pharmacy website
  • Develop web content and ensure all content is up to date, or measuring the success of specific web pages, digital marketing coordinators make sure the website performs at optimal capacity Make sure the website performs at optimal capacity
  • Plan, oversee, and execute digital marketing efforts to hook new customers and increase product or service sales
  • Take charge of Aster pharmacy publication which includes Aster pharmacy profile, employee newsletter, Aster newsletter etc.
  • Improve the brand image and drive sales with digital marketing as a tool
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
  • Be informed and aware of all the latest developments in the industry.

  • Provide creative and visual merchandising support for seasonal promotions and campaigns
  • Create visual merchandising tools in discussion with the display and merchandising team
  • Design Aster pharmacy memorabilia for distribution at the counter and also through anytime medicine service.
  • Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs

Survey and Feedback
  • Be the first point of contact for feedback management
  • Liaison with CRM department for the customer survey , feedback etc
  • Analyse consumer behavior patterns

Job interactions
  • Interact with internal and external stake holders in matters related to all marketing activities and processes such as briefing, creating concepts, surveys and feedback, and reward and recognition programs

Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training
  • MBA with major in Sales and Marketing or Graduation in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy preferred.

Specific / Relevant Experience
  • Experience in Branding, Product Marketing, Retail Marketing is an advantage
