Position Title: Executive Secretary
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6,000 AED depending on experience and qualification plus transportation
Job Location: Dubai and Sharjah, UAE

The hiring company is a multinational group that owns and manages a group of 14 companies for more than two decades. With diversified business interests in the Manufacturing of Metal Composites, Interior and Exterior Design & Fit-outs, Plastic Industries, Power Generation, Aluminum Coil Coatings, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Solar Energy with its headquarters based in Sharjah.
Job Role:
Maintaining the Chairman’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
Attending meetings with Chairman and keeping minutes
Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Making travel arrangements for the management
Handling confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secure
Maintaining electronic and paper records
Ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Conducting research and preparing presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements:
Open to Indian nationals
Male/Female, 40 years old and below
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relative field
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary to the Chairman
Ability to maintain an accurate calendar
Ability to follow confidentiality guidelines
Ability to make travel plans
Should be able to handle the pressure
With initiative and a team player
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken in English
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
