Ideal candidates will have 10 years plus experience in a manufacturing environment with the last 5 years in a supervisory role. Candidate must have a strong background in engineering with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
Ideal candidate will also have demonstrated track record in the development of their staff and personnel with a focus on Continuous Education, staff mentoring and coaching as well as a documented track record of development of their former personnel for promotion.
