What you will be doing:
  • Handle guest requests in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Full knowledge of venue layout/seats and offering over all complex to ensure guest is directed to best outlets for their needs, while not overcrowding any one outlet or section more than the order
  • Monitor Guest satisfaction and assist team members to achieve guest highest expectations
  • All telephone calls or reservation by phone must be answered promptly within 3 rings
  • To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.

What you will be doing:
  • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the restaurant in accordance with the highest standards.
  • Handle, Serve guests efficiently, with flair and courteous manner
  • To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food & beverage as well as allergens on items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
  • Assist other team members to achieve greatness and cleanliness for the over whole cluster
  • To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
  • Handling all cashier duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:
  • Great communication skills & a very good level of English
  • Excellent at taking information from guests and convey information to chefs, clearly noting all guests requests and allergies if any.
