Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • • To be in each restaurant during service and train the team on the job from a service and standard point of view. A schedule will be based on projects assigned by the G&C Director.
  • • Drive compliance in the business unit related to training and development to ensure that the business unit training processes and standards in a way that is consistent with other business units and is adopting best practices wherever identified.
  • • Complete annual learning and development needs analysis in the F&B department to ensure that the training needs of the F&B department are identified.
  • • Produce an annual, quarterly, and monthly training plan for the F&B department to ensure that identified learning and development needs are met in a structured and systematic manner.
  • • Work in collaboration with the food and beverage management team and L&D team.
  • • Develop training sessions that satisfy identified operational needs within F&B.
  • • Complete post-training evaluation on training delivered in the business to ensure that training is effective and meets the training objectives for the program.
  • • Complete an annual evaluation of training delivered in F&B to evaluate the execution of the Learning and Development plan and ensure the plan was effective and met the needs of the business.
  • • Implement the Departmental Training Review Process in F&B to ensure that the effectiveness of departmental training and Departmental Trainers is systematically monitored.
  • • Regularly meet, coach, support, and motivate departmental trainers from F&B to ensure they are supported in meeting the on-the-job training requirements of their departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Having 2 years of work experience in F&B Operation
Bilingual in Arabic & English Communication Skills
Having the knowledge of the 5*standards operating procedures
Ability to create service performance analysis
Preferred Arabic or European Nationality
