Job Description:
• Good communication skills and able to efficiently answer and refer inquiries to the relevant staff.
• Promptly answers the telephone and email inquiries from the general email account and Inputs messages into the computer and inform concerned team members.
• Creates and facilitate client details and service records using computer software according to the request’s form provided, collect process payments according to the Accounts Department protocol.
• Completes records, reports and other statistical information for master files/databases.
• Responsible to address client’s inquiries and reports to Superior or Manager immediately.
• Performs any other duties as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment, like computers and printers.
• Presentable and fit in appearance as a focal point for customer relations.
• Solid organization and record-keeping skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
• Must Speak English
